THE U-TURNS
Most of the inspiration for my paintings require a u-turn in my husband’s prized 1986 VW Vanagon. This vehicle provides, not only transport from here to wherever there is, but also, shelter for the night. A perfect place for contemplative writing, drawing, painting and photography. In essence, it has become a creative residency on wheels.
